Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all unworn jewellery within 30 days of purchase, excluding earrings for health and hygiene reasons. For items that are made to order, customised through sizing, please refer to our returns policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Holiday Extended Return Policy
For the holiday season, we are pleased to offer an extended return period for exchanges on purchases made between November 1st and January 13th. During this period, items purchased are eligible for exchange until January 13th.
Please Note:
- Our standard 30-day refund policy still applies. Refunds can only be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and are excluded from our returns policy, as per usual.
